Shipping & Returns
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Please note, all online orders are required to have a matching Billing and Shipping Address. Addresses that do not comply, will not be processed.

Returns and Exchanges
All of our products go through strict examination for quality before shipping. We try our best to avoid any quality issues.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. In this case, please contact us via e-mail within the first 5 days of receiving the order for instructions. If the items are damaged or lost during the process of return, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss.
